Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

-Returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.
-Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
-Proof of purchase or order number is required.
-Products must be returned in resalable condition.

For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened, used, or tampered-with products are not eligible for return or refund.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for shipping and returning the item to Yumtein, including all return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers are also responsible for properly packaging the returned item and ensuring it is shipped back in resalable condition.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Yumtein is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Any shipping costs associated with the original order are non-refundable. This includes standard shipping, expedited shipping, and any other shipping-related fees paid at checkout.
